1 Definitions and General Provisions

1.1 Definitions

The meanings of terms used in these terms and conditions are given below:

• "Platform" refers to the x baj website, mobile app and all related services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered on x baj or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to each member's own registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional offers or cashback benefits.

1.2 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between x baj ("we", "our") and each member of the platform. By accessing or completing registration on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted all provisions of these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any provision, please do not use the platform.

These terms and conditions are available in Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on x baj and use any service on the platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. x baj may request an identity card or other documents at any time for age verification.

2.2 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. The following are mandatory:

• Only one account per person is permitted — opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number and other identity details provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
• To change any information after opening an account, you must contact the support team.
• Operating an account in someone else's name or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

x baj follows an identity verification process to provide safe and transparent services. For significant withdrawal amounts or unusual activity, a copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until document verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Password and Security

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the x baj support team immediately.

x baj will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from disclosure or negligent handling of account credentials. All activity carried out through an account is the responsibility of the respective member.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Under no circumstances may an account be sold, transferred or lent. No one other than the account holder may use the account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on x baj is ৳500. Payment methods currently accepted for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major banks). All deposit transactions are completed through secure encrypted connections.

Deposit funds must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits via third parties are not accepted and funds will be returned in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

There must be a sufficient eligible balance in the account before a withdrawal request can be completed. For winnings earned from bonuses, withdrawal is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

x baj offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Once the bonus amount has been added to the balance, you must wager the bonus amount 15 times before you can withdraw it. Example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 Cashback and VIP Benefits

Weekly cashback is determined according to a member's VIP level. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — x baj will specify which games count towards wagering.
• Bonus claims made using multiple accounts will be cancelled.
• Promotional offers may be limited to a set time period.
• x baj reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on the x baj platform are operated through accredited game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. The rules of each game are stated in the game interface and complement these terms and conditions.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error occurs during a game session (server disruption, disconnection, etc.), x baj will verify the outcome of that round before making a decision. x baj reserves the right to cancel any displayed winning amount that is found to be incorrect due to a system error.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. x baj may change betting limits at any time if necessary.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the x baj platform:

• Attempting to gain an advantage through fraud, deception or any other dishonest means.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to gain unlawful profit by exploiting the bonus system.
• Running games using automated software, bots or any other artificial means.
• Attempting to find and exploit weaknesses in any game's system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other members' accounts.
• Any activity related to money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Rude, threatening or offensive behaviour towards x baj staff.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by x baj

In the following circumstances, x baj may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraud.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

x baj gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. All data is stored and transmitted via SSL encryption. 10 Responsible Gaming

Game results are entirely RNG-based and independently audited. x baj does not guarantee any specific outcome and accepts no liability for losses incurred in games.

12 Dispute Resolution
